When we decided to build our range, we wanted to make it as safe as possible while being comfortable and user friendly. We basically have an indoor range built outdoors. The range shooting stalls area is a three sided covered and insulated structure with individual heaters above each stall and ceiling fans behind each stall. The walls are constructed of 3’8” ballistic steel covered with 3/8” rubber to assist with noise dampening and to reduce possible ricochet from stray rounds. The range stalls area is well lit as is the down range area for night shooting.
